Xerath useless? He might be the best AP mid in the game. He's dominant in lane against pretty much everyone, he has ridiculous burst once he hits six and he's a beast late game.

You have seen really bad xeraths. With his ult he is incredible, without he is pretty meh. All in all he is really really good.

You'd think Riot would get tired of having to nerf new champions a week after releasing them but nope, they just keep pumping out champs that are ridiculously OP.

Noone wants to buy a champ that UP.. So they make sure the champs release and do crazy good so everyone else is like "i need to play new OP champ!!".. Money making tactic..

As for Xerath, he's one of the best AP in the game.. Hell, I think he was #1 champ according to Elementz last draft mode tier list.. Not saying that list is gospel, but it's rarely completely wrong.. But Xerath is like Zilean, in that he's alot better with a good team than he is in solo queue with randoms.. 80% of the time that I ult a teammate with Zilean, they run from the fight and waste it..

I got owned last night by Xerath as Brand. Once he hit 6 I couldn't do shit. And I'm pretty fucking good with Brand.

Fought a GP last night until he ran under his bot turret with like 100hp left, but I was low too.. So i backed off.. Our Xerath came from mid and sniped him from tribush.. When he sets up shop, his range is crazy..

It's around 1/2 midlane from one end to the other. So... annoying... I'd rather fight Morganna.

I was afraid Ahri wouldn't be too good in Dominion... but that Charm is a great low cooldown immobilizer of sorts, specifically not being able to do anything while under its affect. Saves lives or provides an easy target for teammates. She is by no means assassiny enough like Akali or Talon to fight on her own "usually", Dominion at least. Her ult lets you trolololol run away quite easily.

Don't know if Charm is affected by Tenacity or CC reduction like the mastery though~ if not, then this is pretty damn amazing

Tenacity does affect her Charm. The game counts it as a taunt. I'm guessing they added the slow in to give it more of a dazed charm effect rather than a full taunt.

Also differentiates from taunt because they won't hit you if they reach you, which would be against what an assassin character wants. So it's like a 'safe' taunt.

Also I <3 Xerath, but been avoiding playing him because I haven't in a while. Last time I came back to him after playing Vlad and such I was trashy and couldn't land any E->Whatever combos. Pantheon spoils me.

So I played a few games as ashe or the boomerang girl and was doing pretty well but just now as Ashe I was in mid and got owned so hard a bunch of times by an Annie who was good enough to always get the stun -> ult on me and basically kill me in that burst. I haven't played someone who could do that before so do I just buy more +hp gear so I can survive the burst and retreat to my turret?

Honestly you should never be mid. The traditional meta goes AP mid, and AD on bot with a support champ. AP mids can counter each other better, they have better burst. Burst beats auto attack early game, auto attack wins later game.

"the warrior spirit is about to fuck ashe in the face" and in other news you should be able to hold mid as some ranged AD vs AP just focus on farming and staying out of their range.
