Honestly, I think she just needs minor tweaks. One of my friends just recently picked her up and plays her mostly as a "high damage support" in which he supports by blowing things up when they get too close to her/her teammates.

Though, new kit doesn't necessarily mean new spells. Just tweaks to old ones, make them do something slightly different. I can see them adding something more to her ultimate spell slot or something.

I really hope they don't change her spells. I like how she plays right now. I could see them changing Mantra to something different.

Some red hinted at a knock-back on her mantra'd Q... that would be kind of silly, not OP or anything just really out of place.

Karma needs an ult. They need to make Mantra into something like a passive that buffs all your spells at the very least.

I don't think the sole intent of Guinsoo's changes is to make her fit into the zero CS meta. Ideally, these changes will make her Mantra feel more impactful on Q/W and give her a few more tricks with which to influence fights which are just improving her fun factor. Numerically, we want to improve her in such a way that doesn't make her overbearing to lane against in the scenarios in which she's already good, but makes her a viable pick in common rotation like Soraka, Janna, Sona, and Taric.

In regards to her being secretly OP, she's been out long enough that she would have seen play in high ELO by now, but several top players have given her legitimate shots in various roles and found her lacking. We could tweak the numbers should she's a more effective pick, but I think players will enjoy some of the mechanical changes Live is implementing and hopefully Karma fans will reap some benefit from their patience.

I'm shocked they didn't take the tether ability from DotA's Wisp hero. Where tethering to an ally gives that champion your health regen, you could have mantra increase attack speed and then if an enemy passes through your tether, he gets stunned and damaged. It's a really fun skill and can make for some nice skill ceilings on such a bland hero atm.

Im looking to pick up a solid mid. Any suggestions? Im feeling Cass is a solid pick no matter the lane opponent. I can already play Sion at a solid level, but Id like to play someone with a higher skill cap.

Mordekaiser. If you watched the tournament at all, he was used as mid for just about every game in the final.

Can't go wrong with Morgana honestly. She can get every creep kill in a lane with a push of a button, while healing herself to full, having pretty nice HP and CC immunity, and punishes attempted ganks quite well if she lands her Q.
