Attack speed per level increased to 2.8 from 2.5
Magic resist per level increased to 1.25 from .75
Burning Agony health cost reduced to 10/15/20/25/30 from 20/25/30/35/40
Sadism ultimate cooldown reduced to 65 from 75

I seen him picked a lot directly after the buff both in high elo streams and my shitty normal games... Also the buff he got was ridiculous in case people are forgetting

W buff was huge, which is why he was picked up for jungling again, that and the jungle changes. he has always put out a bunch of damage early and late.

He's picked alot now because he was picked and did good in a tournament with 100k people watching. Before that he was pretty much a trollpick.

His stats weren't much different before the tourney, while the tournaments surely put a spotlight on otherwise not often seen picks, that doesn't mean he was suddenly given sweeping buffs after it aired. He was that way before it, people just tended to stick with their usual list of junglers per game that don't end up getting banned since it's most likely what they saw the LAST tournament. That doesn't mean he sucked.

So I played as lee sin and in a team fight I dragon rage'd (his ult) a nunu who was ulting. It was pretty hectic but it looked like his ult's effect stayed in the same place even though I kicked him away from most of us but I'm not sure. So does nunu's ult move with him or stay in place?
