googled it and it looks more like it just runs as many accounts as you can handle VMs in practice battle games and just surrenders at 20 minutes and runs until it hits a certain level or games played.

ryze doesn't seem like much of a nerf, and that new move speed on his ult active is gonna get pretty annoying.

Anyone got a good article or suggestion on which runes to buy first? I'm about to hit 20 and have saved a bunch of IP to buy my first set. The two champs I play the most are Veigar and Ashe. I have been playing some Warwick jungle, but I'm not sure I'm going to stick with jungling.

Red: Full Mpen / Arpen - 90% of the time you will be using these on any champ you play. Although some like to use Atk. Sped and Attack Damage in some situations, but the Penetration will cover a more wide range of champs.

Yellow: Flat Armor - In my eyes there is no other option. Some like to go Flat MP Regen / Regen per level for casters, but the survivability given from 13 base armor at level 1 is too good.

Blue: Flat MR / MR Per Level / Flat Cooldowns: Any of these are viable and it depends on your playstyle. I personally go MR per level since the Flat ones were nerfed recently.

Quints: Movement Speed / Attack Damage / Ability Power - This gives you some noticeable early game damage and movement speed is very nice on initiation champs. Some tanks like to go Flat Armor and MR here.

Wasn't really for crappy servers, it was them royally fucking up the game after the hecarim patch AFTER delaying said patch for 2 weeks prior. Server stability wasn't really that bad from what I saw.

Hecarim patch? I didn't notice any problems after that one.
