You can. I've seen it past 1400 1500 and 1600. I hit 1605 and then dropped like a rock to 1300 due to a string of trolls bads and shit luck. I had a game where I was 15-5 with Vayne and I couldn't carry the team because they had no focus and didn't defend me towards the end.

People on the beta forum are complaining about Eve's stealth timer. I guess it is over 6 seconds? Most of them say you have no chance of restealthing unless you cut corners through brush and such. They also seem to think that her detection range is too wide. I would assume that these are the people who sit on top of the enemy waiting to Ravage them. Others simply suggest ganking at better angles, such as from the enemy wraiths.

Her clear speed is pretty slow at level 1 (wolves->blue) but once you get ravage at level 2 it picks up pretty well.

Shitty people are at every elo. I get trolls at 1900 all the time. Its not that theyre necessarily bad, its that after the other team gets 1st blood, they shut down and start gging at 5 mins. You can not carry people who lose the will to win at 5 minutes. Also now that school is out I get at least one troll every game. Not always on my team, but usually at least one per game.

Thats not bad as you should always have either your top or bottom lane leashing for you.

Been playing other characters, I also switched back to normals. I picked up AD carries (Ashe is the one I'm using, though with Graves free this week I'm going to try him out) and I tried out a couple tops too. Jax was my first champion I played so I started playing him again. I think it was just a bad day for me. I couldn't even play Morgana yesterday and I usually do great with her.

Ashe is one of my favorite bot AD carries. So under estimated. If I have a good support I will wreck your face. Graves trist etc usually aren't a problem. I love getting extra gold with my free face check spell every minute. Max W then E and R where needed. TF + Ashe on the same team is silly amounts of farm so fast.

TF and GP would be generating ridiculous gold, definitely faster than TF/Ashe yeah?

Really depends. GP tends to max W in hard lanes, and E in lanes he can kill in. GP who max parlay tend to lose their lanes, and because of that Im sure Ashe would win.

I personally dont see why you would max parlay for harass.

E down:
Max parlay = 120+(100% AD) + 10 AD from passive. For 60 Mana.
Max raise moral = 20+(100% AD) + 16 AD from passive. For 40 mana.

Difference: +94 damage - 20 mana.

During E active:
Max parlay = 120+(100% AD) + 19 AD from passive. For 115 Mana.
Max raise moral = 20+(100% AD) + 40 AD from passive. For 110 mana.

Difference of +79 Damage -5 mana.

So maxing parlay will do slightly more harass, in exchange for a lot more mana. Maxing raise moral gives you better ganking potential, team fight presence, and escapability/mobility(Which tends to make laneing much safer).

y are u team fighting without both close to cap, also why are you comparing raise morale to parlay as far as harass goes, you can't be meleeing the other hero all the time in top lane ranged harass is op

i've also never had mana problems on gp

So i decided to pick up Malphite since I wanted a tank i like as far as design. lol Any suggestions on how i should go w/ him? I'm so far using this build w/ his laning, haven't jungled yet. http://www.solomid.net/guides.php?g=27731

Malphite is fun. I have better luck jungling though.
I sometimes like getting the 10+ magic pen in offense then going rest in defense. Also try getting CD cap (40%) on malph. Makes him scary. Shury, FH, and randuins omen is what I usually get and depending on enemy team I'll get some more magic resist or armor.
