Edit: And looking at the notes it's not even that big of a deal, bandage went from 0.7 from 1.0, and this ultimate went from 0.8 from 1.0, meanwhile Tantrum is cheaper(which is great for his earlier clears, main reason I didn't like using him to jungle if he ends up losing early blue).

Picking your position is so key. I just wish people would stop picking top/mid first, it's almost always a guaranteed loss. First 5mins is spent pleading with team to pick correctly. Makes a big diff.

Anyone else watching MLG LoL arena? Really exciting games between TSM and Azubu Blaze.

Wow, Azubu's strategy is ridiculously aggressive. So different from the IPL games.

What was most surprising to me was TSM winning team fights down by ~13k gold.

Yeah, I think if TSM can manage to get to the finals, with two nights to analyze their losses and two more series from Blaze, they have a chance to turn it around. For instance, we saw them continually picking champions that were aggressive in terms of killing champs and ganking, but they weren't picking really good pushers despite seeing Blaze's strat being to push the lanes down their throats. An Anivia or Morgana could've made a big difference, imo. That's just my first reaction though, I'm sure there are other adjustments they could've made that they'll be able to discover over this weekend.

Edit: Check Dyrus twitter and see "I wanna play them again." Good sign. I hope they can make it to the finals.

you decay after 2 weeks from your last played ranked game in solo queue, so just play once every 2 weeks, it's what i've been doing since my ping has been so high ;/

The Blaze TSM matches were awesome, but not as close as people are making them out to be. TSM was on the defensive 99% of all games and couldn't mount any decent offense whenever they did win a team fight. That just goes to show how in control Blaze was. I think the biggest difference with Blaze is that they reacted to -everything- that TSM did. Usually, when TSM does a 4 man bottom gank, other teams just give up the kills and continue farming- but not Blaze. They never let TSM get away with anything for free and completely got into their heads. It became so apparent in game 3 when they caught Irelia 4v1 and didn't jump on her- they were too scarred.

Hats off to both teams tho, they were some of the most exciting matches I've watched and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time; but Blaze is just on a completely different level. Of course, I expect no less from a real professional team. Their dedication is unreal and it's something the NA/EU teams are gonna have to commit to, if they're to compete.

The only reason the games weren't close was because TSM didn't have any champ that could clear quickly, like I said before. When a game goes long enough, if you can win teamfights from behind as we saw TSM do, then your AD is going to be farmed enough to let you get 3 towers plus the inhib off of one ace because respawns are so long. You just can't do that when the other two lanes are already pushing unless you have a champ like Anivia etc to stall it out.

There won't be replays, and the VoDs won't be available until like next week unless you want to pay $10.

But you're completely missing how TSM got into the same position all 3 games. Blaze's play is simply more organic and methodical. TSM played as good as they always did but Blaze capitalized on everything TSM did. TSM is used to having free aggression thus they would often over commit on every play simply to get kills- something that other teams have never ever punished them for. Blaze's play is more methodical and it shows with the consistent results achieved throughout each game. The biggest point made by anyone and everyone watching the game was that Blaze punished TSM for every little misplay; little mistakes other teams have let TSM get away with. TSM's only saving grace was Yorick ulti then when it was banned in Game 3 the kills that kept them 'even' from Yorick's ult in Games 1 and 2 turned completely into Blaze's favor. The consistency achieved by Blaze in all 3 games show how professional they really are. Most tournament games have so many random factors things often go back and forth but Blaze was conducting a friggen orchestra each match. Enough Blaze dick riding tho, I was just incredibly impressed by their consistency and strong counter plays. Waiting for Blaze vs M5.

TSM v blaze was pretty entertaining though. I remember Dyrus getting dived on by top/jungle and then TSM played a 4 man gank on bot shortly after but they got massacred by either 3 of blaze or 4. Pretty lol worthy because I was rooting for TSM and was telling myself how much better ganking bottom would be than top and blaze doesn't even let them do it

Also, had hearty lols when skarner attacked dyrus's yorick and chased him from blaze's tower and into TSM tower.. and died. Couldn't believe I'd see a suicide like that in TSM v blaze rofl

My god these games are incredible. I didnt want to believe Curse would lose game 2, but after those clutch Orianna ults, I really thought azubu was going to come back.

Pretty much cements the idea that no event can go uncontested. Ganks, objectives, whatever, these guys ALWAYS respond.
