You arent bad, but sure as hell figured out why you tunnel visioned. Unlocked camera is a necessity lol

And even with unlocked screen, tunnel vision is easy to slip into. Careful when chasing someone, watch the minimap as often as you can.

lol, I guess I'm used to old time RTS where the camera was unlocked but it was a lot easier to move the camera around and check surroundings.

Cousin talked me into downloading this.. haven't tried it yet. Any suggestions on where to start? (Reading through the thread now but X-x) Don't mind spending money if there is something that i should have at the start from it.

no need to buy anything for a long time if you are just starting, dont spend IP on champs though, spend it on runes at level 20.

Spend some time and play a bunch, if you like the game then the Digital collectors bundle in the store is a good pickup, it's 20 champs+ some quints and RP which you can then spend on an exp boost.

So if one were to put a little money.. the starter pack actually looks good with the 7 days of exp boost which would help me move past these lower levels (almost 8), and 1 day IP boost..would have to pick a day where I know I'd play all day lol

Actually, use any boosts for IP. Just get your XP as normal. I wish I had done that. At first, you think you understand the game and you want to level quick, then later you realize that there is so much you don't understand. I didn't really feel like I understood the game until I understood why and how I wanted to buy items, instead of just knowing which items to buy.

Edit: Also, did you get your free champs? You can get Alistair and Tristana by adding LoL to facebook and youtube.

Ya. Got Alistair with no issue, but had to message the support for Tristana and they got to me really fast.

As for just leveling as normal.. that's actually a good idea. So would the starter pack thing not be a good plan then? I notice you get five champs from that, so that seems pretty neat. Though it'd make me level faster, so D: But yeah, IP seems good. Gonna save my IP til level 20 so I can get those runes. Even though I want Irelia/Kog'Maw at some point.

My suggestion is keep playing frees until you have enough IP to buy one that interests you. You may like them now, but you have only played a few champs, so the more you play the better you can justify a purchase. And you should be playing all the free champs at least once, so you can learn their kit, so you know what you are facing when you play against them.

Also, not sure if its been mentioned to you. But don't buy any runes before level 20. And try to save up some IP too so you can afford them after level 20.

What I personally did when I started playing the game was put some money into RP and bought a champion set so I had a base of champs I could always have and not spend all my IP on champs and was able to use them on runes. But Idk if thats an option for you or if you care to spend any money on the game.

If I remember correctly, and I could be totally wrong on this, but I think I started saving and was able to buy a full page of rune for a level 20 by starting to save at level 15. Before that you can use your IP to buy champs. I think I splurged one day and just bought all the super cheap champs with IP so that I had a base of champs to play pretty much every role.

Up to 2800 or so IP right now and that's only with me not being level 8 yet. Am like.. 7.5 or maybe a little more. I'm just gonna horde IP and maybe wait for sales or whatever on champs. Kog'Maw/Irelia sale. if you guys see it and I'm not online, lemme know!
