Is his pull still like the preview's, where it's sorta slow like yank-pause-yank-pause-yank (unlike Blitz's or Leona's, which are almost instant)? Not saying that it isn't strong, but I think if the enemy team reacts quickly enough, the pulled target doesn't seem like it'd be isolated as badly as a Blitz pull. And can you pull across a barrier?

Your still rooted and unable to move which is still death if you team knows how to react.

dont play karthus to learn how to mid, i think people are forgetting that you are a brand brand new player. annie is 450ip and is a great mid to start with, she is simple and her Q teaches you how to last hit, and she has strong visual cues for when to use her combos. ashe is also a really tough ADC to start playing, because positioning is absolutely paramount with her. if your team doesn't peel for you, then you will die if you get near the enemy team. i'd recomment an adc with a built in escape like tristana, corki, graves, or caitlyn to start.

Yeah, I definitely need to practice top/middle/support as is.. so I'll give her a try.

Honestly, I think Sivir is a great champ to learn ADC. Low cooldown shield by end-game, two abilities that help with farming, team support ult that doesn't require a skillshot or dependence on other players.

I don't know if it is Olaf or Warmogs. I feel that way about a lot of champs lately. I don't know the last time that I didn't buy a Warmogs no matter the role.

It is nowhere as good as blitz for putting someone out of position, but it has other benefits and combos well with his E (the short range push/pull ability).

So, I can't play top, or I am doing something wrong. I lose every engagement, and even when I farm well, I get slaughtered.

I am running 9/21/0 for top, should I be going more offensive? Should I just farm and never worry about engaging? Only engage with the jungler?

    Any advice is appreciated.

Ghost + Ult + True damage + 3.9k HP + Slow = dead ADC and nothing anyone can do about it lol.

Top is really match up dependent, like Dantrag mentioned. There are some where you need to bully them out before level X to have any chance of winning, others you just have to play passive and not die, and others still where you just hope to outlast them long enough to reach the point where your champ scales better.
