I spent a bit of time playing around with different archetypes. Support is definitely what I'm into, and Sona seemed like a FFXI BRD so I dropped some points to get her. That bitch is my jam now. Dem buffs

Support is a ton of fun. A good support dictates team fights and is pretty damn important.

Downside is if you have to support a dipshit during the laning phase.

Sona/Lulu/Taric are the 3 you need to have in your pool.

If you then want to expand that to aggressive supports - thresh/blitz/leona are all solid - leona in particular syncs up extremely well with any aoe ults.

i have lulu and taric as well, i'm thinking of having an all support runepage, something with hp/armor/mana regen/5, i'm hearing GP10 quints aren't necessary anymore?

Lulu synergizes with Dive comps or as an anti-dive comp.
Leona synergizes with dive comps.
Taric is good for anti-peal.
Thresh is good for bursting down targets and for splitting teams.

Personally I find the gp10 quints mandatory.
You also need to go philo>sightstone or philo>kagespick>sightstone. ( t1 boots in there anytime after philo when they fit ).

The amount of games where 5th pick gets support then starts building random as fuck shit is so frustrating. Wards bro? I have a gp10, I don't need a sightstone. I don't have money to ward! help guys!.
