Champs =/= items. How much time and resources have been spent on all things Teemo? Artwork, skins, abilities, gameplay, etc. How much is spent in single items? lol

Probably more. Balancing a hero is fairly trivial with trial and error, but adding/changing an item for 110+ champions to use and keep it balanced is much more difficult. Black cleaver, on release, completely changed which champions were played and shifted the meta so much harder than 1 champion ever could.

Xelnath isn't solely the rework team, Heimer is getting worked on by different people. Xerath was an easier case than Heimer, so he pushed it up further. Heimer is also probably getting a visual update at the same time, like Yi is.

Heimer won't be getting a visual update at the same time as they stated today. The reworked (for now) turrets were mentioned. He's hoping for in a month's time.

Spear is still a skill shot. Teemo just has to blind you and he wins trades. Not to mention free wards that last 10m and deal damage, and slow, and DoT...

Yeah gonna have to go with Teemo on this one.

In other news, finally doing my placements. 2-2 so far. Has been pleasant so far besides this one prick in my last game. One of those dudes that bitches all game at the rest of the team because he's doing bad. Idk why people get so mad.

Just add them to your ignore list. There is almost one every 3 games I play where you just cant reason with them. Just because the score is 3-0 at 5 minutes does not mean the game is over.

Right, but the other rework team I know of is currently doing Viktor. Xelnath specifically said he just passed on working on Heimer. Also, Xerath's rework is coming with a visual update for his particle effects so it's a little more complicated than Heimer's.

They posted like a ton of rework abilities for Yorick by Xelnath lol I won't take any as set in stone but more as a direction they want to go as. I too will miss the ult as well...

Also, Teemo and Nidalee don't only exist in SR lol
Regardless, me dodging Nidalee's spears isn't the issue at hand here as it generally isn't a problem. However, I have no control of my teammates ability to do so. They have an easier time dealing with a Teemo than her.

But whatever, it is opinionated~

Xelnath also said that they were just tooltip mock ups and that redesigning the skills would take way more than just tooltips.

You are doing that "programming resources aren't fungible" thing. There are a ton of champs that are currently being worked on. Heimer, Viktor, Sivir, Xerath, Yi and now Yorick. Some require gameplay, some visual redesigns, some both.

There were like three sets of tool tips for Yorick which has had no actually programming work behind it. Heimer already has reworked turrets but the tooltips are still under consideration. Viktor is just basically getting a new item. Sivir is getting everything. Yi got a full visual upgrade but only basically skill tweaks to make him all AD.

The point is that there isn't a direct path that champs take to be revised. They just throw their ideas on the forums and see the reactions.

Yeah just about every kit he's offered so far, minus 1, removed the resurrection ability. The players in that thread don't seem to mind either. I think I like this kit the best though:

Ghouls feel unique. Incentive for players to kill them. Incentive to keep them out. Still Tear stack-able if the other player doesn't kill them. No resurrection.
