I think it was Aevis who was asking about LPL stuff a few days ago. Papasmithy (English commentator for LPL) was a guest this week on Monte's show. They give a decent run down of the LPL for people that want to get acquainted with it. I certainly learned a lot, since I don't watch much Chinese LOL.

Thanks, that's really a good overview of the current LPL situation. I thought WE did pretty good at WCG so far but considering their LPL performance, it's probably only due to their weak opponents. I'm amazed how large the skill gap is even between professional teams. Only been playing/following LOL since mid S3, but there seem to be like 8-10 top teams (half of them korean) and every other pro team isn't even close. So, OMG vs Blaze @ WCG final?

Looks likely. CJ Blaze vs Lyon in the first semifinal starts in about 20 minutes. WE vs OMG is tomorrow followed by the final. I'm going to be out of town tomorrow, so I won't catch any of the 2nd semi or the final, unfortunately.

WCG managed to mess the finals stream up. You can watch the first game until 29min ish before it starts to jump around. Stream was down for the entire second match then

Monte mentioned that the Lyon vs Blaze match was the best foreign vs korean one this year so gonna watch that instead.

Sivir too strong. Been rolling as her.

Not sure if she has any real good counters. Great poke. Great farm clear. Great disengage. Once you get that first BF sword the lane is pretty much won.

High mobility ADCs are pretty much her only counter. Shes impervious to Midlane ganks and can waltz right thru thresh/leona ult
