I like that EU seems to be the region most willing to try unconventional stuff. Sure, it's not the highest level play in the world, but it's different enough from the other regions to be interesting.

Yeah, I like how they use the non-meta champions a bit more than other regions.
Yoooo Montecristo going in on 4.1 changes. Starts at like 23:00
ROC is beasting right now. Stunning teamfight and Vander lands amazing hooks.
Woo Plat again.
Grats! I haven't had much time to play since the reset....
I went from Plat 3 to Silver IV after placements (Pretty much every placement game had a troll/leaver)
I'm back up to Gold IV...wish I had more time to play![]()
About 2 hours until OGN Winter finals. SKT T1 vs Samsung Ozone. I'm expecting 3-0, but I hope I'm wrong.
Game 1 starting right now. Patch 3.15. Let's goooooooooo
EDIT: Total blowup, as expected. SKT T1 becomes the first team to win a 2nd OGN Champions season, winning back-to-back seasons. More impressively, they didn't drop a single map this season. Flawless through groups, and straight sweeps all through the playoffs.
Game 1 roflstomp, game 2 stomp, game 3 ...ok, let's brawl a little, we're bored. SKT T1 fully transformed from Faker and X to an outstanding team on every aspect. Monte once rightly said that today's SKT T1 would mop the floor with the SKT T1 from worlds and they're so humble about it. Piglet cried today because he thought he didn't play as godlike as to be expected from him.
Watching two weeks of LCS between OGN made it even more obvious how much more I like the korean meta. If you loose a fight there, you can be sure to loose at least one objective too. I do love all the odball picks in EU LCS and how they make it work, but I'm already a bit bored by 50% of the matches. ROC vs GMB was hot yesterday, but appart from that...Also, Riot needs to step up their production level. OGN's just killer, from the 1080 stream to the player versus layovers and especially the opening vids:
That's awesome. Fuck. Step it up Riot.
Can only hope that they at least let the OGN production team join in on S4 Worlds in Korea. Summer opening is another great one, even tho it has the usual Dubstep in your face note:
Dat Yas:
Gold 5 in 22 games.Not bad lol.

I think Riot might be intentionally avoiding those kinds of hype videos because their whole goal is to make the players relatable so that little timmy in bronze v can believe that if he plays hard enough he can be as good as xPeke.
Meanwhile in Korea, Madlife is God, and OGN thinks you should bow to him.
OGN produces a lot of videos to make the players relatable too. Like this video of various players wishing everyone a happy new year, and expressing their wishes for 2014. The best part is when the Gragas-esque Ryu starts laughing while telling everyone to eat a lot.
Riot also did a series of videos during the summer that were designed to help teach fundamentals of the game with a couple OGN players for each episode. They were all informative, and quite funny as the players would poke fun at each other.
In NA news, TSM looks like they might be a real team with the addition of Bjergerking. I mean, it was obviously going to be an upgrade in the mid lane, but the whole team seems to be stepping up around him.
Got my first penta yesterday.
Playing in Ranked 5s as Syndra
EG had a really dirty poke/siege comp today. Nidalee/Mundo/Gragas/Urgot/Soraka I wasn't expecting that bot lane to make it out of lane phase, but it turned out to be more effective than I thought.
Just when you thought they're unstoppable:

Hope he recovers well. His Leona play at the finals was outstanding and confirmed his status as one of the best supp worldwide.A chronic illness that he has dealt with since he was a kid resurfaced during his pro career that started right after military.(thanks to Chobra for this translation) Poohmandu is taking a break from professional gaming to recover his health. Once he recovered he will return to professional gaming and SKT T1 K. But in the meantime SKT T1 K is looking for a replacement.
SKT T1 Secretariat: "Poohmandu is a great player he will take a break to dissuade any troubles with his health. The health of a proplayer is the most important thing because of that he will take a rest and we wish that he can return to being a professional player. Poohmandu will remain on SKT T1 K and please cheer for him so that he can recover his health and return fast to being a professional player."
Oh God that TSM vs CLG match was so fun to watch lol. Bjergerking was just toying around with HotshotGG at times.
WTF @ Top Lane Yasuo wrecking Renekton...
