That covers about half of the teams for an OGN season. Top 4 for Champions and top 3 NLB get spots in the next season. The rest of the 16 team roster comes from the prelims that started last night. Top 2 from each group qualify, and the 3rd place teams from each group form one final wildcard group. Winner of that final group gets the last OGN spot.
To answer BK's question, all 16 teams in OGN, including SKT T1 K, have to play in the group stage when the season starts.
What the fuck is KT management doing? Move Kakao to KT A, and replace him with Zero, leaving Insec top? Letting KT A get out-picked against Shield (pick/ban just ended, so I don't know the result of that match yet)? I'm just really salty that Zero played like total shit in his debut with KT B, and the whole team was out of sorts as a result. In fairness, Helios was playing like he had something to prove in his debut with Sword. On that note, Sword looks like they could be scary going into the spring OGN season.
EDIT: Aaaaand a blow up. Surprise, surprise. For the love of God, put the old KT B team out there for the masters match.
Yoooo This amateur team in the OGN Spring prelims, God-Sin, has this crazy support dude named Ggoogle. He just went house on support Trundle against Olympus. They got crushed by Najin Sword in the first match, but now they play IM#1 for a spot in OGN Spring. At the very least, God-Sin will be in the wildcard group, so that means at least another set of games for Ggoogle and his support Trundle and Nautilus. He also rivals Kakao for best glasses.
EDIT: Triple posting is cool
First vid I made. Thoughts/Comments? Thought it was kinda funny.
2nd vid with Jinx Penta:
Coast almost throws a GIANT lead over TSM. Great ending.
Great day of games. NA has really, really rebounded and is showing some massive strength. XDG is basically doneski and they are going to get eaten alive against LMQ. The rest of the teams seem to have at least some strength, enough strength that any given day even the top teams can be taken down. I thought last Summer split was awesome, but this split the games have just been amazing.
CLG is looking pretty good. Link should be an instaban on Lulu
Prime Optimus (yes, Prime Optimus) stuns KT A to get a spot in OGN Spring. It was a great game from beginning to end, with action starting at level 1, Baron steals and coast-to-coast pushes by both teams in the last few minutes. Once there's a VOD available, I really recommend checking that game out.
Is Prime Optimus associated with the organization from SC2?
Yeah, same company
So close to the promised lands.

Challenger?
I've seen a lot of comments saying that D1 0LP D1 50LP and D1 80+ LP should all be different tiers.
I watch all of the NA and EU LCS matches and I feel like NA is getting better and better. Then I watch the OGN Champions qualifiers and I see how far we are behind.
I missed qualifiers last night, but I heard the Alienware mirror match was a good one. I won't be missing masters tonight, though. CJ vs. SKT. I want to see Blaze vs SKT T1 K so bad.
Alright, I know I'm prone to hyperbole so I won't say it was the best I've ever seen, but tonight's CJ Blaze vs SKT T1 S match was without a doubt top 3. 70 minutes of tight rotations, dead even play, incredibly high level plays and tactics. Absolutely brilliant game. I can only recall one bad engage the entire game for either team. Seriously, I can not recommend watching this match enough. Unbelievable stuff
Second that. Took longer than my entire lunch break but damn it was worth it. Was never that entertained by such an ultra late game (longest in pro ever?) and how they won it was even more exciting.
