Grinding 10 smurfs to 5 would probably take longer than getting 3150 to begin with though.

Life Steal is not capped at 40%, my typical build on Sivir includes 40-50% Life Steal.

I don't know whether or not Spirit Visage enhances Life Steal specifically, but I would assume so. It enhances Gragas's and Cho Gath's passives, so why not?

Spirit Visage does not enhance life steal or spell vamp. The game doesn't see it as life healing but life draining, they used to be increase by visage but they patched it about 6 months ago when they defined spell vamp as a stat. Visage will work for Vlads Q however since it doesnt actually spell vamp but is a heal whos modifier is damage dealt.

I'm buying the Maokai+Skin bundle soon as he is out, assuming his skin isn't ugly, just because I've been waiting for Plant King since I saw him on the LoL wiki.

I don't know I still need around 6000 IP to finish my caster runes off (hit 20 a few days ago) and then I am still using T1 DPS carry runes completely so I will have to work on those after that. Not to mention I want a new rune page so I can have tanking runes for Amumu or another tank if I find one I enjoy. Riot Points just seem like not so bad of an investment if I want to get a new hero anytime soon (Really want to try Anivia and Ezreal).

Crit chance or Armor pen is better. I've had crit dmg, armor pen works better 95% of the time.

I agree with this. I have crit damage runes gathering dust.
