What runes do people use on tanks?

armor/magic/cdr eveything else.

i typically run this on singed: movement+ boots and magic resist/lvl EVERYTHING else. its amazing.

i would really love a buff to the hardest and most skill taking champion to play (ezreal), going 10-0 at the start of a game and then ending up losing (17-7-5 by the end) is fucking demoralizing. certain champions get fed, and they are completely unstoppable. this game is completely fucked and im starting to move away from it

I bought her and since it cost so much I want to make her work but I just cannot figure out how to play her to a point where I'd consider her even close to as good as Annie. Right now I would be better playing Lux as a pure nuker...

You might like DotA/HoN better if that's the case, Arv. It's one of the fundamental problems I have with League that no matter how good you do it can all go to shit if you're playing the wrong champ.

And a story guys! Last night, I pick Mal and m waiting for the counter to go down.. And literally 3 seconds before champ select is over, notice that I have HEAL AND CLARITY as my summoner spells... I had forgotten to change them again after someone queue dodged previous select.

It is lame when you start off doing so well, then just lose in the end.. How many towers did you guys manage to take down?

Amen. I've lost like 70-80% of my games completely due to team players making mistakes.

Also on another note. If you got 20 bucks to spare pick up the Champion Bundle. (Not the Digital Collectors) It's a pretty insane deal and it has some fun heroes. Playing Jax and trying 100 different builds is sweet. I love his versatility in terms of item building.

When I started the game last summer both me and my friend got the Champion bundle because we knew we were at least gonna spend our summer playing this game. It was a great idea. It let us have a lot of options for champions to start off with, and it also let us save up our IP to buy tier 3 runes for when we were level 20.

I didn't say you can't do that. But I got into the game a lot more because I started with a nice wide selection of champions that didn't change every week. Just personal preference.

i didnt buy that and i still had a full tier 3 runeset the second i turned 20.

As a newer player myself, I had the IP to buy Reds/Yellows when I dinged 20 but I'm still not even close to complete with Blues. Thats only one set too, so if I feel like playing Sivir or Trist or Amumu I will have to use an incomplete T1 rune set since all my T3 runes are caster. I didn't even really buy many champions, in fact the only one that wasn't dirt cheap I bought was Lux for 3150.

I'm also pretty excited for this week, been wanting to try Ezreal for a long time and he's finally in the rotation! Karma/Malz should be a lot of fun too, Karmas harass is just crazy if people accidentally stand next to creeps.

I totally understand the whole rune situation, especially since I like to hop to different champions every once in a while, made it a pain to try and have as many t3 runes for each one as possible. Ah wellllll. Don't worry too much about only having some t1s for now, don't let it stop you from trying new characters!


Also! I played an ARAM yesterday, and my team got Blitz, Yi, Trynd, nunu(I can't remember who actually, ah well) and me as Taric. Was funnyyyy.

I just tried him for the first time and absolutely loved it, he does so much damage and its fun to keep his stacks up of his passive. Damage output was crazy when combined with ult too although the way I built him (followed a guide) he had like 1300 health so super glass cannony. I know I've seen my friend build him a different way (pure AD I think) and do like level 7 dragons and shit but the build I followed was like start with physical-ish items like Sheen and Rageblade, then build pure AP items like Deathcap, then end with a Trinity Force. I'm not really sure on what rune page to use for him, my caster page has all T3 Mpen/MP Regen/Cooldown Reduc and my DPS page has all T1 Arpen and MP5 blues with MP5 yellow T3s.

As far as not letting the runes thing keep you from different heroes, I've ran into this problem before. I hate laning as Amumu but honestly it's fucking hard to jungle on him without runes. Pretty tough to take blue at level one and stuff like that, it's still possible to jungle just you have to start with the weaker mobs. Although I tried this back at level 12~ or so so my mastery points where pretty low.

I love ARAM. I had a Karma/Alistar combo once and it was lulz. My friend was Warwick who spent like the first 35mins playing extremely safe at which he comes back with an Infinity and half a Bloodthirster and rapes face.
