I tend not to care if I get KS a lot--unless it's some useless PUG who does it over and over. If I'm with people I know, I definitely look at scores as K+A. Someone died, your team gets gold.

I stopped playing ranked precisely for that reason. It just isn't fun when you're berated just because closed minded players had bad experiences with certain champions. I've had people yell at me because I chose Shaco jungle, then I carried the game despite their protest. Fact is, more players do well playing champions they're comfortable with but in ranked everyone must play in the 'Elementz Tier List Bubble' or face ridicule and blame for losing the game; even if you're carrying the game.
Fuck Elementz Tier List
Fuck High ELO Streamers
Fuck the sheep
Fuck ranked

Elementz Tier List is merely a reflection of the most frequently used champions at high ranked play; but this compounded with the influence of streamers has made mid-lower elo players incredibly closed minded. 99% of the players cannot use 'tier 1' champions at the level of top players, but their influence trickles down to low-mid elo players who refuse to acknowledge team work and try new synergies that work at that level of play; they would rather try to emulate high level play aka try hard.
While I give most everyone the benefit of the doubt, I hate Shacos. And I'm usually not fond of jungling, either, honestly. So put them together and I get a taste of ugh in my mouth. Or maybe it's that most Shacos I've played with fall into two categories: 1. Self-centered assholes who only jump in to get a kill and then jump out, not really helping overall and 2. Absolute terribad players. So my opinion of Shacos in general are a resounding "meh, I wish you'd pick someone else."
The main reason I'm not too fond of ranked games. I honestly have around 5 champions I play often and well. And, honestly, it's really two I play really well with a few others I play moderately well. Every ranked game I've done, I've always been in the last round to pick (I'm guessing that's determined by rank?). "I'm best at Kennen, Morg or Ezreal," I say. What do they pick? Ranged carry and other AP champions making what I'd like to play bring nothing new to the team. Hurray, I'm now forced to play the tank! Which I'm honestly not that great at.Fact is, more players do well playing champions they're comfortable with but in ranked everyone must play in the 'Elementz Tier List Bubble' or face ridicule and blame for losing the game; even if you're carrying the game.
Edit: Oh, and on the Elementz front...For some reason I get the feeling that he is basically LoL's Taj.
Not gonna lie, the best overall junglers I've seen have been Shacos by far. Since Shaco kind of needs to gank early game to be useful, they know how to actually do it unlike most of the Udyr, Nunu, Warwicks, ect I play with. While I give most everyone the benefit of the doubt, I hate Shacos. From what I've seen my favorite junglers are Udyr, Shaco, and Fiddles, in no particular order. Those are the only 3 that reliably try to help gank before lvl 6 from what I've seen since they don't 100% rely on an ult to help. They all have something to offer coming out of nowhere @ any level.
I have been playing with my friends a lot whom are all level 30s, I'm level 11, and I played against a Shaco for the first time and felt his wrath. Dude stacked AP and puts 2-3 dolls in grass. I was on Ashe and ran into said grass and died within literally 1 second. From the dolls alone. I was like sheeiiiiiiiiiiit. Eventually I caught up in gear and raped him later, but was still disgusted by how much damage he can do. Overall though, he was pretty useless to his team and only showed up at the ass end of a team fight to clean up, which ended up losing them the game.
Edit: Level 12 now! Woop woop![]()
Trundle is a great jungler/ganker as well, very resilient and some nice control.
Very underrated.
I didn't mean those are the only good junglers, just the ones I've seen played the best imo. I don't jungle myself, I've tried it and it never ends up working out. Usually played olaf if I tried jungling tho, and never really did well as him in the first place. He's fun as shit, but I can't figure out a reliable build/playstyle for him that works for me.
If you can land the Bandage toss, he ganks better than most pre-6 junglers.
