What? lol Noooo. He's 100% AD. You want Black Cleaver/Mallet/Infinity Edge as your staple dps items. Then build some defensive items and grab an Atma's as your last item.

This does work. He does qualify as a bruiser, also, and can build similar to Xin or Irellia with reliable results.

Sonic Wave/Resonating Strike AD ratio increase to 1.0 from 0.8
Tempest/Cripple AD ratio increased to 1.0 from 0.6
Dragon's Rage AD ratio increased to 2.0 from 1.5
Flurry's Energy restoration increased to 15 from 10.

Edit: Apparently there's a bug with Tempest, and here's some extra stuff posted by Coronach:

The tooltip will be updated next patch to reflect the change. These changes should be active in NA and EU now.
We're looking into the bug on Tempest and hope to resolve it for the next patch as well.

Scaling sux, especially with how long games typically go in high-level play.

There's a reason tanky dps is the meta, and his hybriding of it doesn't work past mid-game.

I'm digging Cassiopiea. The only gripe I have with her is that she's like a weaker Karthus. Karthus has a more reliable and MUCH MUCH better AoE slow and his defile is 100x better than her stupid Twin Fang ability. I really like her Q and her R though, 2s AoE stun + some pretty sharp AoE damage. Holy hell though I thought Karth was annoying when you missed but with Cass it's so much worse.

I know she's squishy as hell, and a good stun or taunt spells death for her...but I honestly think LeBlanc's Ulti combo is OP. Three-shotted at level 11, when she has nothing beyond a Doran's ring, pen boots, and a Kage's Pick? Oh, and you're also silenced on top of it, which Mercury Treads still don't reduce. Yeah... >.>'

Get a Hexdrinker or an early Negatron. If you're going to lane against a LeBlanc go Null-Magic + 2 HP Pots. You should also be running MR Blues if you aren't doing AP or CDR. I agree though, LeBlanc can be a bitch to lane against, but if you play it smart you can screw her attempts to one-shot you and make her basically useless late-game.

I love playing LeBlanc on TT. I know it goes against the tanky dps thing 3v3 has going for it, but I find I rape there with her. The only champ I have a better W/L ratio with than LeBlanc is Nocturne, but those 2 were my favorite new rape face champions ever.

I was Kennen, so it was AP Blues. I actually bought a Null-Magic Mantle as my first item when she sent me back at around level 5, and it barely affected the damage. After the 3 shot at 11, I bought a Banshee's. That cut it down from three shot to four shot.

And, as I've actually owned her for a long time but never actually played her I'll have to play her some and see if I can't find a weakness to use... Or, if I'm lucky, she'll be nerfed next update. (I started playing Ezreal, he was nerfed next update. I got sick of Heimer, so I played him to find a weakness...he was nerfed next update. I got tired of Vlad, so I played him, found a weakness, and he got nerfed.)

Don't count on a nerf. LeBlanc's been left pretty well alone for a while (something I'm thankful for). Vladimir's nerfs were gradual and almost every update used to change something with him for a while.

Odd, I don't think I've ever had a problem stacking MR and playing very defensively against a LeBlanc in lane. Past the item build you're basically going to just have to rely on buying lots of potions to keep you topped off at all times and since you're Kennen just stay as far back as possible and poke/farm with your shurikens. I could think of worse matchups for LeBlanc so if you're having problems with Ken, you might have an even harder time with other champs.

It'd be a sad sad day for Warwick if Crix came to LoL, since Crix was my fav champ in DotA, just as Magmus is in HoN (love that they made a scorpion alt for him, it just feels right). Can't wait to see what this Scorp is gonna be.

Well they already have his ultimate/sandstorm ability in the game. (Rammus/Akali) I think they would ditch his passive to prevent him from pushing lanes too hard. I hope they keep burrow strike though.
