Prob holding FF9 til E3 store update for NA, like FF7 "suprise! it's on PS store right now"
Only reason I really want 9 is because its the only one I never played. ~_~
Maybe it's because I still own the physical discs, but I've yet to buy the FF7/8 PSN releases. Perhaps if I still had a working PSP or something and didn't want to bother with creating my own eboot rips and hope they work via popstation?
I just find it hard to justify repurchasing something that has zero difference than the copy I own. I guess the majority of you sold your discs long ago or something?
I have my discs, my eventual hope is the next generation will still have access to this purchased content. That or remote play works with downloaded games (and hopefully will get better over time), good luck changing discs when your not home!
also I really I wanted to show I like the games and want to encourage them to release more.
Why would you need remote play when you can just play them on the PSP itself?
(you're able to transfer PSX saves between PS3/PSP you know)
Some ps3 downloadable games you can't. Also sony vaios now have remote play. Prolly moot but hopefully eventually they will release it to other pcs. You can transfer saves between ps3/psp. This is the main draw of buying it on the playstation store... but I believe you can do it if you have the discs as well.
Being able to play your games without bringing discs to a friends is also a bonus I guess. As long as I deactivate it before leaving I won't lose any activations on my game.
Well I was right about the date.

What a perfect day for it to release on. Will be playing this shit non-stop on Tuesday.
