Final Fantasy IX on my PSN? Looks like it.

Loved this game and especially hot&cold. I did notice in my last playthrough that there seems to be a lul in getting chocographs between beak lv15 and 25. Might've been some uber unlucky moments but I didn't get anymore chocographs at a certain point untill I reached beak lv25 even though I still had a couple more to go (this was even before I got mountain ability).

Theres so many different setups I used to play with. At the beginning I grabbed Quina with Limit Glove and put him at 1 hp left to insta kill crap till I got to 2-shotting Grand Dragons for mega exp (just outside that Giza[...] Grotto, up the vine). Then I used a setup with Zidane, Vivi, Freya/Steiner, Quina for a long time (hate Dagger...) with Quina/Freya being the healers. It's especially fun when you get Auto-Reflect on all and just have Vivi -ga3 your party. After I got Eiko I used Zidane, Vivi, Freya, Eiko/Quina. Eventually Steiner gets his Ragnarok (Stock Break) and Freya maxes out Dragon Crest so I only started using Zidane, Steiner, Freya, Eiko/Quina. Quina is a nice support with Mighty Guard, White Wind and Angel Snack (while doing Bad Breath for debuffs) and Eiko is nice if you don't need to heal a lot and just want to spam Holy.

Beat it like a bit over a week ago. Disappointed with how short it was, I remember it being longer.

Re: choco hot and cold: Level up beak in reef then go back to forest and max on choco graphs there. Makes it much easier on you. Other than that it's just determination and getting used to it as said above. You can get to 8 items in the 30 seconds in reef easily far before you get all choco graphs.

Can't be assed to playthrough again for Excal 2. Far too lazy

Used a completely new party setup this time through also, made it a bit more enjoyable imo. Debating giving FFX another chance. I've always hated that fucking game but maybe I've been too harsh on it.

Then again I'm one of the FFT was the best and the best numbered game was FF8. So to most of you my logic is probably off the fucking wall anyways. Needs more Vagrant Story on PSN rly.

I've played this game maybe 7~8 times now, lost count. Fucking love it. Never have gone after the Excal 2, but probably will this go round.

I was playing FF9 with the ps1 discs awhile ago and got half way through before I stopped. I was thinking about getting 9 from PSN for my psp, but don't exactly feel like playing through the beginning half of the game again so soon.

I was playing FF9 with the ps1 discs awhile ago and got half way through before I stopped. I was thinking about getting 9 from PSN for my psp, but don't exactly feel like playing through the beginning half of the game again so soon.

I swap saves between the ps3 and my psp all the time. The PSN version loaded my saves from when I was playing discs, so yes it should work. First thing I'd do is download ff9 on ps3 (PSN), copy the game to your PSP. start the game, make a save, then copy the save files from your ps3 by clicking on the memory card then copying to device (PSP) then goto the FF9 PS1 save folder and save. Otherwise the folder wont exist on the PSP and you will probably have to find a way to make it on your computer.

(though you may be able to copy the ff9 whole folder, I didnt really look at that because I never needed to, could check that as well)
