Your first post stated that "hispanic" does not count as a race because they included a SPECIFIC BOX in the case you wanted to mark hispanic. Stop being dumb. Similarly they have an "other box" if you want to mark asian and the asian country of origin wasn't included in the 5 specific asian demographics that they came up with. Note that you're going to have to come up with a screenshot because nowhere on that form does it state anything even remotely close to the bullshit you came up with verbatim, paraphrased, etc etc etc.

Note that the questionnaire doesn't even SAY race when it asks the question regarding hispanics, it asks if theyre of hispanic origin.

Only thing I think you're referring to is when I said:

It doesnt say anything remotely close to what you stated on the us census form, it just provides a second question in the case someone is of hispanic origin because it is fully possible for someone to be black or white and also of hispanic origin, which I stated off the bat.

Because I never said it. You just jumped on it when ALL I ever stated was that Puerto Rican definitely isn't a race, and that for THE 2010 CENSUS hispanic origins isn't a race.


fyi it's getting reviewed for 2012 so probably hispanic will get listed then, but it won't list Puerto Rican as a race because it isn't.

Derp. They've been asking the hispanic origin question since 1970, nowhere on the form does it state that a specific country of hispanic origin is a race nor does it state that hispanic ISN'T a race, it just asks if you are hispanic aside from asking you your race.
