Bercus was always a cool dude with me back on Bahamut. He lead one of the most long-lasting LSs on the server, even if they were never too much into the HNM scene (maybe that's why they lasted so long ). I am actually quite shocked that he may be transfering, that probably means Hokuten is gone.... Sad times. Although hopefully that means CetraSanctuary will get more members, which is always a good thing.

I have been lurking for a while, but now that Beri is on the spotlight, I thought I should drop a line

Bercus is/was the leader of the LS Hokuten, which unfortunately died recently due to RL. He lead all the Dynamis and Einjenhar I had the pleasure of attending with his linkshell with great confidence and proficiency.

Personaly I find him a very nice and polite player. Any linkshell would only gain in having him around. I was only a guest by his Linkshell, but he made me feel at home

my 2 cents for bercus he is a very very skilled player anyone would want him in any linkshell lots of experience too

and he gets grumpy if he dies a lot too =p =p =p he likes perfection wich makes him a good player

After spending ~4 years with him i can comfortably say he is one of the best players i have ever meet. He knows how to play and knows how to do research to play better/learn. Sad to see him leave, but i know wherever he goes he will be successful.

Bercus loved the cock more than anyone else I have known. I saw him helping out more elfmans with their cock problems than anyone else and I am sure bahamut will be a lesser place because of his departure.

Bercus is a small meany, leaving me "alone" here on bahamut w/o a last gift ;_;
well besides that he is a pretty skilled and experienced player with all his jobs.
its hard to not sack him asap. he is not shy and never holds back his opinion.
his attendence was always great, for either normal events or camping HNM.
well thats what he was shellholder for. he turned some random recruited ppl into one of the best LS's of Bahamut.

hide your chicks! he is a damn flirt and grabs every girl who didnt climb a tree within 3sec! and he likes dirty talk, especially with french ppl, so be warned, you are about to get a pervert into your ls!!!

You will have a lot of fun with him. You can call yourself lucky when you get him into your ls.

what do i know/think about bercman...?

i always knew him as the leader of hokuten as a very well skilled/equipped player.a kind and funny guy.
my exp. with bercus and his skillz as a leader went from dynamis dreamland, dynamisX (when he helped our ls) and Einheirjah.
He always had everything perfectly under control.whenever there have been any event he knew what will come up/pop/have to die etc...

wish bercman the best for the future and i´m sure he´ll be a win for any ls/member/player.

He is a top player, and I am very happy I was able to participate in the Events of Hokuten as a guest. In his events I learned a lot, and he was very patient and helpful.

His WHM is super, he ALWAYS knows what the tank needs, and as a BLM... well, Shantotto is nothing compared to him

I can only advise anyone to let Bercus join his Linkshell.

In all the years i have been in his LS i can't recall a situation where Bercus would willingly screw someone over. He always tried to make it fair for everyone, even for the members he didn't like that much. But since he doesen't want to join as a sackholder, i gonna write something about him as a player:

Plays all his jobs very well, does a lot of research (jobs/events) and bitches a lot when things don't go as planned.
He is also the best WHM i have ever played with. Funny that it took my over a year to realize that, since he rarely came to events as WHM when i was new in Hokuten.

I'm really sad to see Bercus leave Hokuten. But after so many of our old members quitting, i guess it would be too much to rebuild everything from scratch to big numbers on an old server like Bahamut that was locked down until recently. Especially when you still have a job, family and to study.
So wherever you go Bercus, i whish you best of luck ingame and in RL.
An LS would be stupid to turn down that little Taru girl.

He's a great player, very skilled at all his jobs. The best white mage that I've ever played with. He's a bit a perfectionist... but don't hold that against him, he's German

On a personal note he's fun to spend time with in game, a great friend and was the glue that held Hokuten together for so long. He'll be an instant asset to any linkshell.

Somehow I would think he put you up to doing a background check, why not seems like just too much fun. I suppose this little taru wants to go play with some friends cross server and I would hope you all have just as much fun as we all did.

I've know bercy for a couple years now and was in his shell for one of those years as well. Hokuten will always been some of the best times I've had in ffxi and I owe nearly all of it to Bercus.

If you are questioning his ability as a player you wont find any issues there, many have credit him on his whm and blm, but i think you should throw something at him and test out his other jobs as well =O

I'm happy to see Bercus taken interest in the game even if its going to be far away. I'll leave you with a final note of caution; If ever you get to hear his "Soraia Impression" it would be wise to turn your volume down very low

Bercus came to unicorn 2 years and joined up with our linkshell wabo. He was a very skilled and active player any ls would benefit from having him along.
