Looking for linkshell.

Dunno where to start really...haven't played much in the past couple of months, looking to get back into it before they start raising the level caps.

My current playtimes are a bit terrible however, and I know this is where I'm going to have trouble finding the right shell.

Right now my work schedule is Mon-Thurs 4:00am Est until we get finished with the days work. Usually this is around 12:00-1:00pm Est. Also I'd be getting offline around 6-7pm Est each day Sunday-Wed. Thurs after work until Sunday afternoon I can play pretty much anytime though. With that said I'd like to find a shell that does events starting at about 2pm Est, and doesn't push too many things together that can make for long days.

Tl;dr playtimes: Monday-Wed 2pm Est-6/7pm Est, Thur 2pm Est-Anytime, Fri/Sat-Anytime. Sun-Anytime until 6-7pm Est.

As for what I want to do with my playtime. I don't really have a list of events I don't want to do, but I would like to be in a shell that at least sets aside time for things added in the last couple of years.

I don't really care about world spawns, though I'm not opposed to them as a way to make gil.

I'd also really like it if most of the people in the shell are proactive when it comes to getting things done...people that sit around and wait for the pearlsacks to tell you every little fucking thing to do are not people that I want to be around. Stupid people really annoy me. Obnoxious people who can take no criticism or feel like they are the shit, when obviously they are not, get to me as well.

As for my gear. I have quite a bit of good gear, and I mostly know how to use it. I have pdt and mdt sets for each job. Most of the basic set you would expect people to have for melee; ele, enfeebling, dark magic, nuking, etc for blm; chivalry, rampart, fire/earth resist, etc for pld. I won't lie though, I don't use spellcast and I don't have very specific sets for every possibility. I probably also need to rework a few of my macros, and I'm missing a few items I'd really like to complete a couple of sets. If anyone wants a specific example for any job just ask and I can post it.

As for job preference, I'd say blm is my favorite job to play.

One other thing, Ventrilo is almost a must. Talking to people during the long boring events like dynamis can keep me interested.

Just a thumbs up to Secksi -- was in his LS for about 2 years? and did all of CoP & beyond with him back a few years ago. He is a good player and a good no-nonsense person; he knows his shit. He can get annoyed with stupid people but if you've got a good group of people who knows what they're doing he'll be an invaluable asset.

Except he's an average player with ungodly amounts of luck. He pumped out about 7 dusk gloves +1 in like a month or so.

Only 3 Pm's, all of which don't really seem like a fit for me. Didn't figure there was a shell out there with event times what I'm looking for, but I wanted to see.

Seems weird to me that most NA shells seem to start around 7-8pm Est, but EU shells generally start around 6pm Gmt. If this is not true could someone point me out to a few EU shells that start around 8pm Gmt. Thanks.

I don't really know what limbus things I was a crybaby about, maybe because I made my own group since it wasn't a linkshell event in TBC? Idk. Khalil even bought gear from us.
