I think it sad you are using a game analogy to people wanting to get through their grieving process by offering a memorial to someone that passed away so people can remember how good a person they were...

It amounts to the same thing to me. Granted, I wouldn't say this to many people face to face, but then, that's what internet anonymity is all about- saying what you REALLY think with little chance of repercussion. Most people wouldn't believe what a nice guy I am IRL based on what I post here at BG. It's like that episode of House where the guy couldn't lie and couldn't help but say what he was really thinking.


Besides, I've personally seen scumbag pieces of shit give memorial speeches for people- whom they blatantly abused while they were alive- just so they could look good in front of a crowd. I've come to the conclusion that any display of emotion for the deceased outside of said person's inner circle of confidants (friends/family) is either politics or a hormonal imbalance.
