My FFXI Character was deleted?!

Well I woke up this morning to my computer restarted, and I log into ffxi and it says I have no available content IDs so I try to reactivate them and my Main and crafting mule is not in the list. I don't have any POL Mail and in my service history there is nothing :/ anyone ever have this happen to them...?

Sounds like you got hacked.

Edit: Or your CC got declined for whatever reason, I would call POL and find out what's up.

Credit Card issue. Mine had the same thing. Dunno why but got kicked, even though more than enough money on the account. All you need to do is update your CC info in Playonline (even if the same card) then you can reactive your Content IDs.

Don't you love how well play online works? Things a pain in the ass. Could be you, but call to be safe, it might be on their end.
