That was literally one of the best parts of the movie. Also the part when

Cap told Hulk to simply "Smash", and he [Hulk] just going in on every fucking thing in the way. They really captured the essence of Hulk being the strongest physically in this movie.

Did I miss the ending scene? What I saw was skrull preparing for war.

That's Thanos. Far more a boss than Skrulls. Also the rights to Super Skrull was sold to Fox. They might have a problem getting the race because of this fact.

Movie is 5/5 IMO. First time I can say this in a long time for a grand scale type of movie. I spoiled myself watching the camrip, but I will definitely go to my local theaters and watch the entire Avengers saga for 40$.

I'm almost certain the power source in Loki's staff is the Mind Infinity Gem. It wasn't explained how he could control the Doc and Hawkeye's mind, but shiiiet. The power source was blue, and Loki has controlled the Mind Gem in the past in the comics. Now that Thanos is part of the picture, it all make sense.

Shamelessly watched the Cam on youtube earlier. Pretty big accomplishment having that many superheroes on the screen and not feeling like one or two are dominating all of the screen time.

I found a fan made torrent of all the Avenger movies (Ironman 1&2, Thor, Incredible Hulk, Captain America, and the two shorts starring Agent Coulson) chronologically spliced together. It's 9.5 hours long but pretty sweet to watch to prep up for next week. Only problem is it got me too pumped up for the Avengers and I caved and watch the camrip....

I watched this part like 20 times and couldn't stop laughing for an hour...

We went and saw this in 3d yesterday, definitely worth the price. I'd love to see it in IMAX, but there isn't one anywhere near us T.T I didn't really care for the Hawkeye/Black Widow dynamic all that much, but with the correct writer/director they could probably make interesting spinoff movies for them.

I'll admit I was waiting for something else at the end of all the credits, aside from the "after the main credits but before the full credits" scene...

No idea if you are just trying to troll or not but its true that this is getting much higher ratings than it probably deserves.

After a certain point praising movies for not being the crappy superhero movies they could be just doesn't make sense. This movie was decent but I think I may have enjoyed the individual superhero movies better. To me there was something awkward about the first half an hour or so. Maybe it was due to the movie trying to start too quickly and the action not feeling right until things naturally created the momentum.

I felt they should have done a lot more with Loki. They never allow to be shown as a real threat. I think that one scene where he makes people bow to him was added in almost entirely for that yet it seemed so forced. They try to make him scary in the prison (I was getting a Joker vibe there) but it just doesn't work.

He was far better in Thor where he was fleshed out a bit more, here it feels like they didn't bother as we were suppose to keep in mind his actions from the previous movie.

I'm sure fans will enjoy it but its also likely to get overrated.
