Samuel Sterns, played by Tim Blake Nelson, of The Incredible Hulk (2008 ) was introduced to set him up as a villain in a future Hulk film, where he would become the Leader. The one that caught my eye was that marvel studios got the rights back for "The Punisher" he was another character that liked, and I think if Marvel Studios did it, it could be good. I honestly would like the the guy who played Frank Castle to come back. has the look for Frank and the attitude as well.

marvel only got the X-Men franchise, at the time cable was still technically X-Force, for marvel those are two separate identities. Also fox isnt stupid to fight them, its better that they work together, hell I could even see fox agreeing to a teamup movie or letting marvel use hugh jackman for a New Avengers movie for a nice deal to let fox play with some of the other franchises
