Well its not that easy.

Every single hit (in description) h2h WS (howling,ascetic,final heaven,shoulder, inch, backhand, dragon) has 2nd hit from sub hand.
All multihit (in description) h2h WSs (Vsmite,raging,asuran,pummel,combo) is xhits in description and same xhits in practice. Sub hand is already counted in description in that case.
I completely forgot by I think Tornado is also 2hit in description but 3hits in practice, making it exception from 2 groups above.

News to me! That makes sense though. I never considered that the single-hit h2h WS counted the sub hand hit, but that's reasonable enough. Thanks for the clarification.

Uptala doesn't always have 50% pdt does he? I thought he can take normal damage if he hasn't done stance in a while.

I only noticed the -DT for piercing, which seems to be -50%. I did this a month or so ago, but didn't think it was impressive because I'm sure blunt gets a boost:

It's static. It's always +15%. Relics are +25%.

Berserk, velocity shot, stalwarts, minuet x2, champions, bravers, RCB. Pretty sure I wasn't at ideal shooting range either because of aoe amnesia crap.
