what i can logically explain in words is that i went to where death was. all around it. it's dark and scary as fuck and i hate it. kind of made me realize just how afraid of death i am. i dont get it at all and i went there and understood it, and it didnt make sense and felt shitty. i had to forcefully bring myself from death back into reality. it fucking hurt

the best thing to do when this happens is to simply meditate; feel how fast your heart is beating and relax. concentrate on your breathing.
