Halp BG Legal + Medical, Metal shard in food

Ok so I went to the burger store (not a big one like mcdonalds like a small one) and I got a burger to go. I went back to my apartment ate said burger and in the last bite a shard ( I think its steel wool) scratched my tongue. We have the shard saved but since it was in my last bite no more burger.

Now I have two questions about this

A) Do I have any sort of case against said burger shop since I brought the food home?

B) Should I go to the hospital? I threw up everything as soon as I could, and I like to think I'm a good chewer so I don't think anything else got by. Another thing I was thinking of the Jews ate diamonds and they lived fine so if I swallowed steel wool?

If it's a place that grills burgers, it's probably a bristle from the brush they use to clean the grill. I've had those before from a burger I grilled, luckily you kinda know its there in your mouth before you swallow, the chances of actually swallowing one are very low.

I'm not really too concerned with the medical aspect, really just wondering if I have a case, but I don't think I have one unless serious damages are made aware? I'm sure I could file a complaint and have a food inspector give them a written warning or whatever they do at the very least.

My assumption is they cleaned the grill with steel wool and then there was a shard on the grill, put the burger on the grill without giving a shit and vwala

That's what I'm assuming since there was no damages there's nothing to have a case for. I just don't want this shit to happen to someone else

edit: Though we'll find out when I go to the ER and have an X-ray or whatever done to see if I swallowed any then most likely a case can be made if I did is what I'm guessing

Moreover, how do you hope to get a large settlement from a burger joint that is not a large franchise. Should you find a lawyer to take this to court, which you won't because they will likely see that the cow is not fat enough to slaughter, you will just put a small-owner out of business and perhaps walk away with the amount you paid for your burger. And, as others have said, you have not been harmed. No case.
