Spam posters don't need to stay in spam. Really. Often they have very intelligent, witty and/or informative things to say. Don't get what the hatin' is about.

As for my own situation regarding things like facebook, it's natural for people to defend something they enjoy. If you enjoy facebook good for you, I don't and probably never will. I don't feel the need to attack anyone for liking it though. I will say I cannot understand why everyone is so fucking addicted/enthralled by social networking stuff (actually that was the point of my initial post here) especially if a large number of people only grudgingly start using it to keep in touch with people who would otherwise apparently blow them off for not being contactable through facebook. But I don't really feel I should be attacked for not liking it and saying so I don't really have anything else to say about it though.

The thing I don't get about Facebook creeping is being added by people I haven't seen since high school, who I accept because I don't really care, but they then proceed to say...nothing to me at all. Why add me in that case? Do you want to brag about your successes in your wall posts for me to see? Are you lonely but shy? Did you just add me because you want to look at my pics because you secretly hated me, and wanted to see if I became a fat, antisocial, bitter and broken down man?
