POL-1160

my friends both got POL-1160 and now when they try to run ff, they get to the dowloading data part of signing in (right before u login) then the screen freezes and they dc. Any idea how to remedy this?

maint didnt fix anythign for my friend, she still gets to the ***Downloading Data*** part and it like freezes/wotn let her on. Anyone know any possile solutions?

shes able to log in on a mule all of a sudden, but still cant log in on her main...

my friend said verizon is f'd up the west coast and that is happening to people not only on FF, but WoW and EQ2

Have her try doing a file check though POL viewer, sounds like something might have crapped out. POL on my laptop shit itself and forgot all my settings/that it was even ran before and I had to set up all the accounts again.

Also make sure nothing stupid happened like windows update re-enabling the windows firewall.

file checks yielded nothin, still can log into mules but not mains
