FFXI is bad and you should feel bad.

WoW is an amazing game with new features and content being added constantly to make gameplay even more enjoyable. Arena and Battlegrounds make for excellent PVP, instanced dungeons mean you don't have to camp bullshit for hours on end and compete with botters to claim mobs. The boss fights are interactive and they always manage to come up with new interesting mechanics. There are millions of players compared to the game so dead that servers are being merged.

Basically once I started playing WoW I never looked back.

idk, ffxi was a much more social experience than wow for me. i liked that a lot more than wow. wow is definitely the better game overall in terms of quality and support levels
