    How many people are looking forward to having a first and last name?

    And how many of you are just going to make Cloud Sephiroth as your name?

    Seriously though, looking for opinions on the two name system and how you think this is going to pan out in game.

    I saw the whole /t [First name] [Last name] and cant imagine it being anything other than cumbersome

    I'm hoping they abandon this inane concept by retail. It was initially just so XI users could be happy with their old name.. but this is now how you handle it.

    Unless it's optional. As in I don't have to enter one. Not as in I have to enter one but don't have to see it.

    Didnt even think about just making it not mandatory, that'd probably be best if you could have the OPTION have having two names but I doubt they'll do that...

    Similar to battle.net, /whisper account name and it messages the player on which character they are currently playing :3

    (yeah you're right, it won't work in a million years lol)
