No, landlord disputes. I don't think it's actually going to go that far.

Basically they're telling me I'm evicted because my rent is a day late. But my rent is a day late because they were closed yesterday and friday because of Easter. I got my rent statement on Thursday.

About a year ago I tried to pay my rent without my statement, and they refused. So basically I have to wait until I get my statement to pay my rent. But I got my statement on Thursday. I didn't get home from school until about 10pm (office closes at 5). So Thursday wasn't an option, and they were closed Friday and Monday (and they're always closed weekends). So basically I feel like they shouldn't be able to penalize me when I didn't have the option to pay rent. They claim they have a drop box I could have put it in. I was never aware of that box, and even if I was, I wouldn't feel comfortable dropping my money order there without any form of receipt.

Aren't you some sort of English major? Why do you get to take Astronomy? I'm a science major and I never even knew we had an astronomy class until recently D:

Besides, you'd be better off asking the cosmetologist. When Miz isn't doing hair, he's typically somewhere studying the stars.

This place converted to a senior citizens place about a year ago, so they're looking for any reason to evict the people who aren't 65+ and replace them with someone who is.

What's funny is that I signed my intent to vacate thingy today and was going to give it to them so I can move out next month. If they had just taken my rent, they would have gotten me out of there and got the money (for both April and May).

I called fair housing today, and the guy was 100% confident that there's absolutely no way they'll get away with this. But the lady is determined to make my life a living hell. She's been trying to every since they started the whole Senior Living thing. I wonder if she'll take the money if I just tell her I'm moving out anyways.

We're like learning HR Diagrams, and fucking stars right now and I never took physics so sometimes the professor goes off on a tangent about how something is "basic physics" and im like aughhhhhhhhhhh 6.67 WHAT
