So work finally realized I hadnt been scheduled to do any tests since I've been hired, the schedule for this week omitted me as well and i get transferred next monday.

From recruiting to supervisory in enumeration. The position is quite literally "Crew leader". Pay is the same but this offers job security past may innto whenever the census ends, which can be anywhere from july to december. Regardless as long as I make it through july I qualify for unemployment once this is over but I'll be looking for a job in the last 2 months.

I thought I was going to get either pay cut or laid off but then I realized we have a large spanish speaking community to speak with and will and I are the only 2 even vaguely spanish speaking people on my team
