Quest-based or Gil fee respec would be swell.
Well, it's certainly not the only game(s) where luck functioned in a TH manner.
Besides, leveling a pure Luck character would probably be a bitch after a certain point even if PLs were possible to some degree.
Just max out a character, respec pure luck, use that character as a TH bot. =D
I really doubt that luck pertains to drops as well, because that could get ugly really quick. It probably has more to do with critical hits and HQ chances than anything.
and like I said before, I'm expecting that there will be restrictions as to how much you can place in one stat in relation to all of the other stats, so you can't just dump everything into 1 or 2 stats.

I think it would be pretty interesting for luck to determine how good your lots are, how often things drop for you, and how often your talisman for the odin fight is accepted.

Usually luck is for crit and not drops. In FFX it was for crit, also effect hit rate and evasion.
I'm really hoping race doesn't play too much a role in stats.
I mix of PSO, a mix of RO.. Me likey.
