I found this on PP.org today for SephYuyX who was wanting a GTS that distributed pokemon/event stuffs. I can't say if it works on B+W or not, but it's worth trying it out! At the very least it works on all of Gen IV though.

I got 2. One was from having a lot of Pokemon in my Pokedex or something. Anyway beat this game today. Best Pokemon game so far.

I heard the 'Team Rocket' deals with not having Pokemon used for battles or Pokemon freedom or some shit. How do they explain away battles with them then? Are they conveniently ignoring their ideals to fight trainer battles with you?
