Ok I think I'm taking back what I said about Ferrothorn, this nig has been whooping ass(slowly) since he evolved and got Power whip, I wish ingrain restored more HP though but hes a nice physical tank

Lol, wat. Draco Meteor is beast, but if you don't want that, go Dragon Pulse then. For Fire Blast.. just use Flamethrower if you want a confirmed hit. U-Turn/Bug in this game is beastly, plus it takes care of those irritating grass types and can give you a quick switch if you absolutely need it. Not to mention it takes care of Psychic types (which Dark Pulse would have done), along with Dark types.

As for Surf, having that coverage is fairly important in this gen IMO, though if you wanna go the double route.. I dunno what to tell you.

You do, assuming identical levels in a best case scenario (Hydreigon with 0 Sp.Def IV/EVs, hindering nature vs. Beartic with max IVs, EVs, and helpful nature) 2/3s Hydreigon's HP before you get bitchslapped with a OHKO. Plus whoever you sent out to cause the rain is probably dead too. gg

Ideally using Drizzle, so probably wouldn't even have the chance to be hit.

Also, 118~140% according to smogon, assuming life orb, adamant on both sides, max IVs on both sides, with attack/speed EVs on both sides. Nevermeltice instead is still 109~128%, neutral item is 90%~108%. You'd have to either be running a completely defensive dragon (as in max both defense and HP; only one and you'd still get one shotted by the life orb set) and/or be against a Beartic without a damage item to not get one-shotted. gg

Yeah I don't want this guy for singles. I like Draco but in doubles you only have 2 mon so.. you know.

edit: how long does smogon usually take to get all their information for a new gen? I only found that site when I got platinum.

Chomp's Uber in Plat.. but he's back down to OU in B/W. As for when the sets will be posted, not 100% sure.

Might've been thinking Charizard. He was NU in D/P but he's back in OU now, provided you have a Solar Power one. Stealth Rock has become a lot less of an issue now with more teams that don't revolve around it becoming viable, so a lot of pokemon that got knocked to UU and NU because of it are turning back up in OU.

Also Kuno, Draco Meteor/Flamethrower/U-Turn/Taunt. If you're really dying to carry another attacking type of move just use Focus Blast instead of Taunt. Earth Power and Dark Pulse aren't adding anything worthwhile to the hydra's movepool though.

You gotta remember this is gonna be for a 2v2 team. D: Dont know how useful taunt will be there.
