Couldn't say without knowing the other person and their team tendencies well enough. Anything that needs any sort of buffs to set up or relies on support moves though is always shut down or severely hampered by taunt, be it 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3.

Also, 118~140% according to smogon, assuming life orb, adamant on both sides, max IVs on both sides, with attack/speed EVs on both sides. Nevermeltice instead is still 109~128%, neutral item is 90%~108%. Except, if you're going to bring held items into this, Hydreigon uses a Choice Scarf 99% of the time so even with Swift Swim active, you're not laying a finger on Hydreigon. Also, Politoed is OU and Kyogre is Uber whereas Beartic is UU, so the concept of them being on the same team is hilarious. If you're going to waste a slot on an OU team with a STAB Ice, you'd be better off with Mamoswine or Weavile.

You may get the rare Choice Specs set thrown in too, though that's less likely, especially if the Hydreigon goes with the Timid nature.

There's really no good options, people wanted to wiggle it into OU, but at the point where you're legitimately discussing putting Double Kick into something's lineup of attacks.. Yeah. His stats aren't terrible, he just can't support himself with any semblance of decent coverage.
