Losing L=A makes me a sad panda. Really hurts my ability to surf and play/play while playing other games (shit like breeding really doesn't require full attention xD)

Kyurem was already unlocked in any season, lol. as far as shit to do, there's tons of items over in twist mountain and then Icirus town.

lol, where did you read that on Serebii? There's nothing regarding him that even remotely indicates that, aside from a little comment about the lake flash freezing in a cutscene.

so i'm trying to make a pretty awesome Rampardos lv 39 with 161 attack but i can't really pick what to give him move wise i was thinking Headbutt Stone Edge earthquake and ice beam (ice beam for dragon water and grass types) but i'm not sure if there the best i can give him

I wouldn't bother giving him Ice Beam since Rampardos has pretty wimpy SP Atk, even if you're tossing him at dragons. I'm not sure headbutt is the best option either. You might get more mileage out of something like...

I'm not really an expert though, but I wouldn't leave him in to take on Waters, his defenses would get him thrashed way too quickly. But if you insist on fighting them with him, he can also learn Thunder Punch.
Now, if you're using a Sheer Force (Dream World ability) Rampardos, that changes things a little, though I don't know how much.

I was thinking zen over plain headbutt but for 10 extra attack you lose 10 acc and since ram's speed is also pretty bad acc might be a better option
I was hoping for ice fang or punch but rampardos can't learn it even through breeding since with his attack so high ice fang or punch would just eat dragons alive

Edit: and mostly for "fighting water and grass" was incase of double battles always good to have a trick up one's sleeve

afaik if you tried to breed a Gen 4 Ditto with a Gen 3 'mon or the reverse with Ditto holding Everstone, the chances of Ditto transferring its nature down to the egg was low.

Is that still the same in Gen5? I've tried breeding a Gen4 Ditto with a Gen5 'mon to get a Timid Nature and I have yet to see one.

I do think that still holds true, yes. That's why Dittos have always been able to be caught naturally in some way in every game since like Gen 3.

I've been able to breed a Gen IV Ditto with a Gen V Modest poke and it's seemed to work out decently. Though maybe it's just luck.
