Instead many of the most active posters spend their time creating new threads bitching about someone or another posting alpha info to various sites, and how they should all burn for it.
Here are some of the responses people posted about it on the tester forums:
"I hope he gets banned from the Beta and from XI, maybe even sued by SE as an example to others who wanna break the NDA."
"Still, if he had no intention of holding to the NDA, I wouldn't be surprised if most, if not all, his bug reports were bogus. Just him putting on a show for his fans."
People put each other down for asking questions, for daring to say they like one MMO or another, for standing up for people who break NDA* openly.. it's really sad and pathetic.
Hopefully as S-E lets more and more waves of testers in for the beta versions, we will get a better beta community. Because as it is right now, if these are the type of people I have to put up with for the next few months, I probably will never visit the tester general forums again.
*Which is a bunch of BULLSHIT because even the people crying about the NDA breakers pat themselves on the back with justifications like "it's one thing to tell some close friends.." NO it isn't one thing to tell close friends, you self-righteous pricks. The NDA states you aren't supposed to tell anyone, so if you're off showing your neighbors or co-workers or whoever and then turning around and getting legit testers banned, you should turn yourselves in as well.
