No — the title of this article is not a joke nor is it incorrect. Gamers in Japan will soon be able to play their PlayStation 3’s outside of the house and pretty much anywhere they’d like to. Some of you may remember those old LCD contraptions that you could hook onto your gaming console in order to play anywhere, well, they’ve designed one for the PlayStation 3.
Japanese peripheral company, Hori, has created a 720P LCD that attaches to a PlayStation 3 slim allowing for portable gaming. The peripheral is officially licensed by Sony and is set to release in Japan on May 27th for $276.
