Edit: not even, just looked it up in altanaview. They're definitely the "wise pigaches" model, which means they are the +5 wind instrument feet. I was wrong, it's not even close to gimp. Just some epic nitpicking skills

I haven't been able to get a whm body in the 4 years of having 75 whm.

^This. That's the base for a buffing set, and it's completely fine. The Terra's is for PDT, and the Yigit can be swapped out for a +skill body midcast if you need it to hit another tier. Debuff set is different, just like Buttons says.

The feet are Oracle's Pigaches btw. Any BRD in their right mind would want them since they're the only foot piece that has wind skill. I know +skill gear isn't a huge importance with most BRDs(nor any decent gear for that matter), but for some of us we're meticulous about our song caps.
