    Haha, I wish! I just don't do many group events outside my LS, who obviously aren't ending up in this thread unless they're so bad they get kicked or something, and lowbie parties always disappoint me. So I just settle for an easy enough 4k/hr on FoV while doing other, non-ffxi things at the same time instead! Gonna have to do some pick-up merits soon though, which could be, uh... fun D:

    edit - inb4 someone says "just smn burn" or something like that. Never been invited to one, dunno how to set one up, and fuck off if you think I'm paying to leech XD

    honestly i've been having good luck with pick up meripos here on phoenix (i usually go early est.) I think thats around the time that you play? Just avoid specialisto and you should be good.

    also if you see sam/nin just grit your teeth. still doing 25k/hour meripo's even with them and that isn't bad at all. You'll be done soon enough.

    Merit pts aren't normally too bad, yeah, but I'm very impatient with being lfp, so normally change to brd after 30 mins or so, then spend the next hour convincing myself I'm having fun, lol. And I know about Specialisto haha, was on Valefor when he was, had the "joy" of crossing paths with him several times.

    God making pickup meripos on phoenix is awful. I had to get a pup last night who ended up afking right after i invited and couldn't find anyone else who wasn't retardedly geared after that. Ended up 30k/hour 5man at least >_>. Almost everyone I asked to show me their gear would call me out on being picky (aka they were gimp) and decline.

    Reminds me of Albatros on Valefor; except instead of Bravura, Albatros has an Armadaberk but NQ amemet.
