It's gotten to the point where I've stopped even paying lip service to the idea that other peoples' unique-snowflake opinions/personal styles/whatever matter in this game. Idiots in my linkshell who think they're hot shit because they rock 5/5 Askar get to see parses on the LS forum after every event I attend just to drive home that maybe the fact that I supply over 25% of the entire Dynamis alliance's damage means I know what I'm talking about.

Edit: Also the 5/5 Askar DRK's defense for parsing low? He's too busy casting shit to be swinging constantly.

Edit 2: Yes I know Dynamis parses don't really mean much because of all the death, but if you're dying that much in frickin' Bastok, there're bigger problems to worry about than parse skew.

I just don't get why people fulltime stuff (at high levels) on DD jobs.... they're basically letting the game play by itself, for less damage, and it's more boring for them.

Shit, Spellcast makes me blink pretty much no matter what macro I hit (or rather it would if Blinkmenot didn't exist). Either way, I exert the same effort as people who fulltime all their gear, but do considerably better than they do.

I did a Nyzul run with that galka once. I don't remember him being quite that bad, but I also remember he was... not the best SAM I've ever met. Bit of a "durr galka smart" if I remember right, but English might not've been his first language. Was hard to tell.

Any time I have heard "i know what I'm doing" or "Here's the plan", I have ended up lying flat on my ass. Whenever I hear these two phrases, I immediately drop party because I know it won't end well.
