You know what? I'm gonna have to give this guy a pass. Things in this thread are in dire shape if you have to resort to calling out a dude w 5/5 Ares' and 2 relics as "Gimp".. =[ Though if you got the huevos to do that, I would love to see what you wear on a given day to give you a stool tall enough to mount the high horse on this one.

First, a while back "Campaign gear was campaign gear", and that was tantamount to town gear iirc...

Second, Dude has 2 relics, 5/5 Ares' and pretty much every other bell, whistle, and salted snack you could possibly fit on a DD Pld.

Third, what else would he wear in campaign really? Homam I guess, but who cares when you're buried the needle on EXP/AN anyways? (And I'm sure he does)

Fourth, the real travesty here is the /whm. ; ; Homie needs to step up and Dance!

Fifth since I've decided to be picky here (for the sake of irony and hypocrisy), dude should store the Excal while in campaign, and use a Lex Talonis. (It helps everyone with them thar stunz0rz n' shit, as well as being a license to print exp.)

God... next thing you know people will call each other out for not using red curry in campaign or something...

Campaign is campaign, who cares? How anyone can call someone with 2 relics, full ares, speed belt, Cerb +1 etc etc gimp, is beyond me. If he'd been wearing Vit rings and Knightly Mantle with that, it would have been worth posting.

It's not gimp to have 2 relics and use 5/5 Ares; it's "wtf", and possibly confused if he thinks it's a good set to use for more than larking around.

"larking around" and campaign are pretty much the same thing tbh. it's so easy to cap exp that it oesn't really matter what you wear.
