This. I never understood why people don't WS during Hundred Fists. I can see my melee attacks start coming back up in the log before the animation is half over. A weaponskill does more than the 3 omitted swings would have done.

I think it's because Hundred Fists is a fairly overrated ability and that messes with people's ability to logically think.

I still don't think that would be more damage than not WSing during the 2H and then doing a 300% DK, depending on the situation.

300% dragon kick is barely better than hundredfists ... like 3% better. I fail to see how giving up 2x 100% TP asuran fists for 300TP DK is going to do shit even if you footwork+duneboots or other retarded shit in an attempt to justify retarded gear.

I don't want responses like "Do whichever you will have fun with" because I'll have fun with both. I also have BLM and RDM at 75 if that counts. This is more for utility aspect.

Head: Fast Cast 5%/whatever
Body: Get Yigit body for songs, if you want this just for the Fast Cast on Utsu be my guest.
Legs: Movement/Cure Potency or Movement/-PDT% depending if you intend to be BRD/NIN or BRD/WHM more often.

Voting for WHM. I don't think you'll be adding a lot to your repertoire by having SCH.
I have RDM BLM SCH and a close friend has WHM BLM SCH. We tend to duo things with me on SCH and him on BLM, and (relevant point) he only uses BLM or WHM for events - SCH can heal better than BLM, but unless you need someone who's capable of switching between both roles during a single event, it's better to use the specialist job.

This has me thinking, has there ever been a test as to which avatar has best melee acc, and which has the best melee def? I am more curious than anything else. I do not need to see a 5 page report double spaced you guys don't have to put in that much work. I have them all, (and bumed Alex and Odin are 75 only), but throwing Carby at stuff he dies pretty fast. I have started just using the avatar with the highest tier of physical damage blood pack. Right now that's damn thong boy Titan and his Megalith Throw. If I recall 50 Shiva gets Double Slap so I will give her a try then. I have carby mitts and with a refresh the little guy is free it is just he has crap abilities for a long time lol.

Need 6 to be able to enter =/. If you're using BLM method, 5+1 dualbox should be a comfortable 5-6 min win. 4+2 dualbox should be alright if your BLM are well equipped/smart.
