My 360 was also post-warranty, just shy a few months. I used the website entirely to process the repair and while they said there may be a fee due to being out of date, once I filled out the repair request with what my problem was, stating the exact symptoms of an E74, they said it would be covered and I was all set. Just had to print out the label and it was out to UPS the day of.

You're entering your CC why? Cause I got my box three and a half years of go, out of warranty and all, was all covered, not required to enter my CC or anything. It even gave me the red out of warranty indicator.

Just print the shipping label, take the box minus hard drive to UPS, and you'll see it back in two weeks. Or you can wait for their shipping box, and mail it off.

I didn't enter my CC, was just worried they might use my CC from Xbox live or something idk. Anyways they hand delivered the label to my door but didn't bring me a box, /facepalm.
