    My 360 was also post-warranty, just shy a few months. I used the website entirely to process the repair and while they said there may be a fee due to being out of date, once I filled out the repair request with what my problem was, stating the exact symptoms of an E74, they said it would be covered and I was all set. Just had to print out the label and it was out to UPS the day of.

    I didn't enter my CC, was just worried they might use my CC from Xbox live or something idk. Anyways they hand delivered the label to my door but didn't bring me a box, /facepalm.
