    And if u were asking yes.. the 3 nations can send npcs at the same time, i saw it in alex and was insane lol


    So my guess is if other nations can only do it if they can attack northlands

    But it will take less time to get those medals back than it will for Windumb and Lastok to take hold of the Northlands/be eligible.

    Meh since the merger of Lakshmi/Garuda, Campaign has basically been kickass for all nations across the board. Previously, Bastok held its own and Sandy had only got Glacier once.

    I jumped nations to Windy for Plucking Wings this week so im just hoping that the Campaign situation on Lakshmi continues to stay stable so I don't have to go back to Sandy for a good while. It would fucking suck to get locked out of SL for the week because of a forced downrank.

    Sweet, Finally know where allied ring comes from now. However, do you need to control throne room and it unlocks the ring for the nation that gets the throne room region or all 3 nations.

    2nd question and this one is a good question. Does the allied ring stay there permanently once you unlock throne room or does it disappear when throne room goes back under beastman control I wonder....

    guess we gotta wait till next tally for the answer. Thanks.

    If it was chargeable like any other ring all it needs is a single charge used to be tradable to NPC. ;/

    Don't regular exp bands have 3/5/7 charges, 18 hr recharge, but can still be recharged weekly? Kinda tempted to jump servers to get a ring to lvl subjobs. If it's rechargable, but disappears for purchase once the throne room is lost...

    If it's like an Emp Band you can't recharge it the same week you bought it.

    It should still give you a message saying that though if it's rechargeable at all. AKA "Please be aware that you can only purchase or recharge an allied ring once per conquest tally."

    If you get no message at all trading to the thing it probably isn't rechargeble.

    Once you obtain one, it disappears from the Medal list, but ye havent used mine yet

    oh good to know, I was thinking of buying one on Sunday next week, using it twice, dropping it on Saturday and getting a fresh one.

    Has there been any testing done on the absorbs physical/magical damage attribute on the pieces? Proc %, amount absorbed, does it just nullify or does it convert etc.

    I don't think there is enough testing to say what Proc% is, but it does convert the damage taken to amount healed.

    Pic one/few pages back showed back to back procs where the damage dealt was absorbed (physical). The poster of that pic also said he has gone 10-12 hits without a proc. His conclusion was random proc, further tesing will show more.

    Proc does indeed seem random but if I had to guess, I don't see it being above 5%, as even at that value, each piece works out to be about equal to a dring (negates 5% of damage, plus healing another 5% on top works out to 10%) which when coupled with the other stats on them pegs them at or above the holy **** range. One thing I've not yet seen established is if the recovered hp is calculated before or after -pdt/-mdt and resist rolls. I'd sujspect after, but if not, coupled with a resist build, a pld would be virtually able to tank tiamat afk as the mob would heal the player for as much hp as they deal. Unlikely in the extreme, but still a cool thought before reality crashes down. As a footnote, valfore has all 4 zones controlled atm, but regrettably I lack the medals to try the bc. Curse my apathy!

    did some math at some point. it gets worse as you get more haste, but at marchx2, haste, hasso, it still lowered the hit/100% by 1 or something like that. cba redoing the math. also downtime between mobs would make it better, granted that it is active out of battle. Haven't looked to see if there was info on this.
