I think it may be the first nation to cap the bar.

On lakshmi during the tally both Windy and Sandy had capped bars but Sandy capped first. Bastok had about 40% of their bar filled as well.

So far I am 4/15 on Noct Mails, but I think I got the better end of the deal, as I have seen others go 0/10 on any armor pieces/GS.

Had a hat-trick drop on Noct mails aswell.

Either GSD has it's own possibility to drop, or two pieces are possible? Either way, one of the nicest loot pools for us~

I keep getting hammered by Jponly whenever i try for runs. maybe ill get lucky and manage a bunch of runs before my ls forces me to go to events tonight or i can just lose a bunch of sleep and try to get runs on both of my characters.

I guess our luck is just backwards >.> we've got 11/12 on Cape, 0/12 on Necklace, while nothing else but a Helm has dropped.

Everyone in our group has 2 capes now =( one on the AH and one on mule >:\ but no ones got any armor, (Helm went to the one person who we had to shout for lul)

This. Only 9 so far for me, 4 runs left to do this week. 5 necklace 3 capes, and expecting the same from the last 4. People getting ~50% drop rate on nocturnus can go die.
